From February to March of this year, 21 physical education teachers from schools in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast completed courses under the updated educational program for qualification enhancement titled "Football in General Secondary Education Institutions," developed by the Ukrainian Football Association in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

These courses represent another step forward in the development of school football in the region, as the acquired knowledge will enable teachers to more effectively develop children's skills using modern training methods and nurture a new generation of young football players.

The final stage of the training was the ceremonial awarding of certificates.

21 teachers received certificates and D-license diplomas from the Ukrainian Football Association, which were presented to them by the Executive Director of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Football Association Yaroslav Derevyanko, Rector of the Dnipro Academy of Continuous Education Viktor Sytsenko, and Head of the Department of Education and Health Culture at the academy Larisa Lavrova.

To further work qualitatively with children in schools, teachers also received educational materials, footballs, and equipment sets.

"This initiative once again confirms the importance of cooperation between sports and education structures in developing children's football. The obtained diplomas not only testify to the enhancement of teachers' qualifications but also open up new prospects for students who will receive quality training from such professionals."

Yaroslav Derevyanko noted, "The Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Football Association will continue to support similar educational projects, contributing to the development of mass football among schoolchildren."
