UAF President Andriy Shevchenko called the Ukraine national futsal team immediately after their victory over France (7:1) in the third-place match of the FIFA World Cup 2024, congratulating everyone on this historic success and emphasizing that futsal remains one of the important areas of activity for the Ukrainian Association of Football.
“I congratulate the Ukraine national futsal team on this great achievement! Thanks to the players, coaching staff, and everyone involved in winning the bronze medals at the World Cup. This is a monumental success and a result of our joint efforts. In this difficult time for the country, we continue to demonstrate our strength and resilience at the highest level. Once again, thanks to everyone involved. We are proud! Glory to Ukraine!” said Andriy Shevchenko.
