Ukrainian Association of Football and German Football Association signed memorandum of cooperation

On June 3, before the friendly match between the national teams of Germany and Ukraine in Nuremberg, which ended in a goalless draw, the football associations of both countries, represented by their presidents, Bernd Neuendorf and Andriy Shevchenko, signed a memorandum of cooperation.

"Ukraine is playing its second friendly match with Germany this year. For me, this confirms the solidarity and good relations between our two countries," said UAF President Andriy Shevchenko. "Today, the German and Ukrainian associations took another step forward and signed a memorandum of cooperation. Our first joint project will focus on organizing summer camps for the rehabilitation of children from hot regions of Ukraine – Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and other areas – as well as supporting youth coaches in the training process. I am confident that there will be many other important projects ahead for our two associations. Thanks to the DFB and President Neuendorf!"

It is worth noting that in May, a memorandum of cooperation was signed by the President of the Ukrainian Association of Football, Andriy Shevchenko, and the President of the French Football Federation, Philippe Diallo.
