In the match of the third round of the main stage of the Europa League between "Union Saint-Gilloise" (Belgium) and "Hapoel" B-S (Israel), a Ukrainian refereeing crew will work.

The main referee for the match taking place on October 22 in Düsseldorf will be Mykola Balakyn. He will be assisted by Oleksiy Berkyt and Viktor Matyash on the lines. The fourth official is Dmitro Panchyshyn. The VAR system will be overseen by Italian Michele Fabri and Viktor Kopiyevsky.
