From July 15 to 19, 2026, a training camp for referees of the First League of the PFL Ukraine took place at the National Football Academy and on the fields of NTK named after V. Bannikov. The preparation was organized according to the methodological materials of the Referees Committee of the UAF and conducted by instructor Anatoliy Abdula.

The program combined theoretical and practical components. Participants familiarized themselves with changes and additions to the Rules of the Game for the 2026/2027 season, successfully passed tests on knowledge of the Rules of the Game and completed FIFA fitness test requirements. A significant place in the program was given to practical sessions on the football field, during which referees improved their decision-making skills in game situations.

Special attention was paid to preparation for working with the Football Video Support (FVS) system, which will be used for the first time in First League PFL Ukraine matches. During practical sessions, participants practiced interaction algorithms and modeled various game episodes using the video support system.

The next stage was a camp for referees of youth competitions U-19, which took place from July 19 to 21. The preparation was organized according to the methodological materials of the Referees Committee of the UAF and conducted by instructor Yurii Mosiychuk.

The program met the unique standards of the Referees Committee of the UAF and also included studying new additions to the Rules of the Game for the 2026/2027 season, testing knowledge of the Rules of the Game, completing a FIFA fitness test, and practical sessions on the football field.
