President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, informing about the results of the NATO summit in Vilnius and the formation of a security foundation for our country.

"I wish good health to dear Ukrainians!

We are returning home with a good result for our state, very important - for our soldiers. Good reinforcement with weapons. This is both PPO and rockets, and armored vehicles, and artillery.

Very importantly: for the first time since independence, we have formed a security foundation for Ukraine on the path to NATO. These are specific security guarantees that confirm the top seven democracies in the world. We never had such a secure foundation before, and this is the "Big Seven" level. On this foundation, we will build a new legal binding architecture of bilateral security agreements with the strongest.

Very importantly: over these two summit days, we have eliminated any doubts and ambiguities about whether Ukraine will be in NATO. It will! For the first time not only all members of the Alliance agree on this, but also a significant majority in the Alliance is actively approaching it. Never before did the words "you are equal among equals" for Ukraine from other NATO members sound truly meaningful. Now everyone understands: this is a fact. Equal among equals. And we will certainly affirm this fact with our victory and - by joining NATO. Once upon a time, Russia's masters very much wanted to have their tollgate at the doors of NATO. We left this Russian ambition on the margins of European history - behind the fence of our unity in Europe and - more broadly - in the free world. I am grateful to everyone who worked for unity in Vilnius!

Thank you, Mr. President Biden, all of America, for real global freedom relying on American leadership. We equally strive for reliable protection for freedom and work towards this together with America.

Thank you to Lithuania for organizing this summit, it is truly historic for all of us... A countdown to new security. Thank you for every Ukrainian flag on Lithuanian streets - there were indeed many flags. And thank you, Vilnius, for the emotions!

It is important that Lithuania, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Albania, Iceland, and representatives of other countries emphasized that Russia and Russian war criminals must face just retribution for what they have done against Ukraine. Aggression must be punished.

I thank the countries and leaders who are preparing to start training our pilots on F16s in a few weeks... The Netherlands, thank you! Thank you for extraordinary leadership in Europe. Danyel, thank you! Thank you for very specific support!

The United Kingdom... Rishi, Mr. Prime Minister, I thank you for the help and for the statement that at the next NATO summit we should take another step. Ukraine is already among equals in the Alliance and must be a real part of it.

France and President Macron... I thank you for your readiness to do everything necessary to free our territory from occupiers. Thank you for support together with America and Germany for long-term programs of our joint strength.

Olaf, Mr. Chancellor, it is very important to see Germany among the allies. All Ukrainians are grateful to you for additional "Patriots" and rockets for them. This is protection of life, and Germany has already saved thousands of lives. I thank you for your readiness to support us until our victory over Russian terror.

Italy... I am thankful to the Italians, personally Prime Minister Meloni for principledness. Every Ukrainian family has reason to be grateful for Italian security assistance. There will be a new security package. And it is very important that Italy fully supports the Peace Formula.

Canada... Mr. Prime Minister Trudeau said that Canada would do everything possible to achieve Ukraine's NATO membership as soon as possible. Thank you!

Poland's principled position... That our Alliance membership is not only about our security, but also the security of our entire region at least. And it is very important that Poland supports Ukraine on its path to the Alliance - strongly and energetically. Thank you!

President Erdogan and Turkey... He said today that he really sees Ukraine approaching NATO membership. This means a lot. I thank you! Also for principled security protection in the Black Sea... Turkey is doing historic things for all of us.

President Erdogan, as well as Norway's Prime Minister spoke today about reconstruction... Clarity of partner commitments - this is what is extremely important. Thank you for that!

Thank you to Norway for empathetic leadership and all the support already provided... Now there is readiness from Norway to join the "Group of Seven" and in security guarantees for Ukraine on its path to NATO. Very grateful!

Portugal, Sweden, The Netherlands also expressed their willingness to join security guarantees for Ukraine... Thank you! We will make this system truly branched out and effective.

Mr. President of Romania... I thank you for working on the pilot training hub. I thank you for support for our cooperation on the Danube and in the Black Sea. I thank you for extremely kind and noble words about our soldiers, about the entire Ukrainian people.

Greece also joins long-term support for Ukraine. Thank you!

Montenegro, thank you for choosing security and freedom for all in Europe, thank you for defense support!

Spain will continue and increase programs of treatment and rehabilitation of our soldiers and veterans. I thank you for help in this very sensitive matter!

Bulgaria is preparing a new security aid package and, undoubtedly, will work energetically with all within the Ukraine-NATO Council. Thank you!

Slovakia and personally Ms President... I thank you for sincerely helping us and making your country one of the European leaders in protecting our fundamental values.

Latvia, thank you for faith in Ukraine and empathetic defense support! Estonia, thank you for the initiative regarding ammunition that really strengthens and changes Europe's history for the better and brings peace closer. Thank you also for political support at the summit.

Luxembourg, always principled. Very grateful to you! Czech Republic, for all transferred weapons I thank you, and for aircraft... There will be a new defense package as well.

Albania, maximally clear: Ukraine will be in NATO, and Russia will answer for aggression. As the Prime Minister Rama said today so accurately, Kremlin's policy resembles the Russian anthem: different words but same music. Same threat. NATO is the response.

Belgium - thank you for principledness regarding reparations from Russia and clear support that Ukraine belongs at the table with all in NATO.

North Macedonia, thank you for clear support of Ukraine's contribution to joint security!

Finland, I thank you for help and very important words today about Ukrainian soldiers soon training armies of other NATO members. This is true. The experience of victors - this is always strong.

And Hungary... Such a summit that everyone was completely constructive. Thank you!

I would like to thank separately President of the European Council Charles Michel, President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg. As always, pro-European, therefore pro-Ukrainian.

Of course, Australia and Japan as security guarantors - thank you! I thank you that peace and justice are closer today, and Ukraine is stronger.
