The blue-and-yellow team played two friendly matches against one of the strongest national teams in the world—Portugal, which holds second place in the BSWW global ranking—on April 12th and 13th in Brazil. Unfortunately, our boys lost both times—4:7 and 3:7.

However, the players under Mykola Kostenko and Oleksandr Korniychuk continue their training camp on the Iberian Peninsula. After yesterday's morning practice, they moved to Nazaré. There, the Ukrainians are scheduled for two more matches—against local clubs.

On Sunday, April 16th, they will play against the club "Nazaré" (kickoff at 13:00 Kyiv time). And on Monday, April 17th, they are set to face the local team "Sótão" (the kickoff time will be announced later).

Ahead of these sparring matches, the Ukraine national team received reinforcements—its captain Igor Borsuk joined the squad.
