55 ambulances and armored vehicles: the title sponsor of Ukraine's national football team, company "EPICENTRE K", has launched the initiative "Saving Lives"

The Ukrainian Football Association supports the initiative "Saving Lives" by partner of the national team, company "EPICENTER", which aims to purchase and donate new modern vehicles for emergency medical centers.

The main goal of the project is to acquire 55 emergency medical service vehicles and armored evacuation vehicles for casualties in combat conditions.

The charitable initiative involves directing funds from every purchase made at EPICENTER shopping centers towards buying 55 rapid response and resuscitation vehicles. The initiative is being implemented with the support of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. Company "EPICENTER" will purchase and donate new modern vehicles to emergency medical centers. We remind that the company has already financed ten modern type C resuscitation vehicles through the platform UNITED 24 (https://u24.gov.ua/uk) and soon they will be helping to save lives in various regions of our country.

"Considering the needs of the healthcare system during wartime, everyone is concerned about one question - how can we help those who are currently in combat zones. The war has not broken the spirit of doctors. They steadfastly perform their duties to save Ukrainian lives. Therefore, I am grateful to Ukrainian business for this initiative. Every hryvnia can save a life. Each such resuscitation vehicle is an opportunity for a team to quickly transport a victim to a hospital," - emphasized Minister of Health Viktor Lяshko.

According to the Ministry of Health, since the beginning of the active phase of the Russian-Ukrainian war, occupiers have put 87 emergency medical service vehicles out of order, and another 241 were damaged or lost due to combat operations. Along with the destruction of hospitals, roads, and bridges, this has led to a decrease in the capabilities of the emergency medical system and difficulties in evacuating and transporting casualties.

"Saving lives of those who save our lives. Since the first days of the war, company 'EPICENTER K' has been holding both an economic and humanitarian front. Our shopping centers have taken in hundreds of refugees and processed millions of kilograms of humanitarian aid. Today we are launching a large-scale initiative to support our medical workers. Being on the frontline, saving lives of soldiers and civilians, doctors dream - armored rapid response and resuscitation vehicles in sufficient quantity. Our dream is that all lives be saved. And when time is of the essence, the importance of these vehicles must come first," - noted in the press service of the EPICENTER group companies.

We add that type C vehicles meet the highest European standards for medical transport. Fast and equipped with necessary equipment, they will be deployed to ensure urgent medical needs.
