The seminar was attended by the first vice-president of the UAF Vadim Kostyuchenko, head of the joint accreditation committee for UAF delegates and security officers Igor Gatullin, and chairman of the UAF Committee on stadiums and safety of matches Gennady Prokopovich.

Similar seminars are held before the start of each championship, but the 2022/2023 season is the first to begin under a state of war. Therefore, it was clear that participants' attention would be drawn to actions during emergencies, particularly air raid alerts announced during matches. Rules for such situations were reinforced during practical exercises following the theoretical part of the seminar.

"At the request of President Andriy Pavelka, the Ukrainian Football Association has carried out immense work in preparing for the start of the new championship, which will begin under difficult conditions. But now we have a document that regulates the organization and conduct of matches in Ukraine among professional football clubs during wartime."

This document is approved by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, State Emergency Service, National Police, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. You, in turn, must ensure strict compliance with the requirements of this document, as safety issues are the top priority in organizing this championship," — emphasized First Vice-President of UAF Vadim Kostyuchenko when addressing seminar participants.
