First meeting of the newly formed UAF Women's and Girls' Football Committee: new ideas for growth and promotion
The first meeting of the newly formed UAF Women's and Girls' Football Committee took place at the House of Football, led by its new head, Anastasiya Klipachenko.
The session was opened by UAF General Secretary Igor Gryshchenko, who welcomed Ms. Klipachenko to the team and thanked all committee members for their willingness to contribute to the development of the updated strategy. Each participant was also allowed to share their suggestions and vision for the growth of women’s football, laying the foundation for future collaboration.

Innovative Athlete Development Project
Anastasia Klipachenko presented a modern project for the comprehensive development of female athletes. The project focuses on preparing girls in all aspects, offering support not only on the pitch but also off it. This approach will help coaches and football clubs foster strong personalities among female footballers, enabling them to succeed both in sports and in everyday life.

Support for Experienced Athletes
Ukrainian national team player and committee member Dariya Apanashchenko expressed her support for the proposed vision, emphasizing the importance of a holistic approach to athlete development and preparing future generations of female players. Dariya will participate in implementing the project alongside her club team.

Regional cooperation is crucial for this, so our committee is focused on supporting initiatives that expand the influence of women’s football at the local level. We value and appreciate the work of regional associations that contribute to the development of women’s and girls' football,” said Anastasiya Klipachenko, head of the UAF Women’s and Girls’ Football Committee.
