UAF implemented rotation of representatives in UEFA Committees

Due to significant personnel changes in several national associations of UEFA, Circular No. 15/2024 dated March 28, 2024, provided an opportunity for national associations to update their membership in UEFA committees and panels to optimize the respective representation and support relevant cooperation on matters crucial to the operation and development of football.

Considering that most of Ukraine's representatives in UEFA committees and panels have lost their positions in the Ukrainian Association of Football (UAF), the UAF Executive Committee decided at its meeting on April 26 to recall the following UAF representatives from UEFA bodies:

• Andrii Pavelko from the positions of Deputy Chairman of the UEFA Youth and Amateur Football Committee and Deputy Chairman of the UEFA Futsal and Beach Soccer Committee;
• Yuriy Zapisotskyi from the position of Second Vice-Chairman of the UEFA Club Licensing Committee;
• Vadym Kostiuchenko from the position of member of the UEFA HatTrick Committee;
• Oleksiy Mykhailychenko from the position of member of the UEFA National Team Competitions Committee;
• Oleh Protasov from the position of member of the UEFA Football Committee;
• Volodymyr Heninson from the position of member of the UEFA Stadiums and Security Committee;
• Andriy Bondarenko from the position of member of the UEFA Administrative Experts Panel.

Instead, the UAF Executive Committee has designated the following representatives to fill the vacant positions:

• UAF President Andriy Shevchenko as Deputy Chairman of the UEFA Youth and Amateur Football Committee;
• UAF First Vice President Pavlo Boichuk as a member of the UEFA HatTrick Committee;
• UAF Vice President Serhiy Rebrov as a member of the UEFA National Team Competitions Committee;
• UAF Vice President Oleksandr Shevchenko as Second Vice-Chairman of the UEFA Club Licensing Committee;
• President of the Ukrainian Futsal Association Serhiy Vladiko as Deputy Chairman of the UEFA Futsal and Beach Soccer Committee;
• Head of the UAF Professional Football Committee Oleh Luzhnyi as a member of the UEFA Football Committee;
• Head of the UAF Stadium and Security Committee Andriy Taran as a member of the UEFA Stadium and Security Committee;
• UAF Deputy General Secretary Vitaliy Danylchenko as a member of the UEFA Administrative Experts Panel.
