Glory to Ukraine! The six hundred and fiftieth-fourth day of the large-scale armed aggression by the Russian Federation against Ukraine has begun. The Russian Federation continues to ignore laws and customs of warfare, employs tactics of terror, carries out missile and air strikes, and shells with multiple rocket launchers not only military positions but also numerous civilian objects in our country. During the past day, 95 combat engagements took place. In total, the enemy carried out 28 missile and 27 air strikes, conducted 59 shelling operations with multiple rocket launchers on the positions of our troops and populated areas. As a result of Russian terrorist attacks, unfortunately, there are casualties among civilians. Private residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure have been damaged. Air strikes were carried out in Petrovka, Podol, Ivanivka, Pervomaisk (Kharkiv region); Nadia, Novoselovskoye, Serebryanoye Lesnichestvo (Luhansk region); Kolyadyzhy, Serebryanka, Chasiv Yar, Avdiivka, Lastochkin (Donetsk region). More than 100 populated areas in Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions were under artillery fire. In the area of responsibility of OSUM "North" on the Volynian and Polesian directions, the operational situation remains unchanged. In the Northern and Slobozhansky directions, the enemy maintains military presence in border areas, conducts active sabotage activities to prevent our troops from redeploying to threatening sectors, increases mine-explosive barriers along the state border in Belgorod region. In the area of responsibility of OSUM "Khortytsia" on the Kupyansk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 11 enemy attacks in the areas around Sinkyvka, north-eastern Petrovka and Ivanivka (Kharkiv region). In the Lyman direction, defensive forces repelled an attack by the enemy in the area of Sporny Donetsk region. In the Bakhmut direction, our soldiers repelled 13 attacks by the enemy in the areas around Bogdanivka, Ivanivskoye, Klyshchyovka and Andreyevka (Donetsk region). The defensive forces of Ukraine continue offensive actions south-east of Bakhmut Donetsk region, inflicting losses on the enemy in manpower and equipment, consolidating on achieved lines. In the area of responsibility of OSUM "Tavria" on the Avdiivka direction, Ukrainian defenders continue to hold back the enemy who does not give up attempts to encircle Avdiivka. Our soldiers firmly hold their defense, inflicting significant losses on the enemy. The defensive forces successfully repelled 35 attacks by the enemy in the areas east of Novobakhmutivka, Stepovoye, Avdiivka, Tonynky, Pervomaysk (Donetsk region). In the Mariupol direction, defensive forces continue to hold back the enemy in the areas around Krasnogorivka, Mariinka, Victory and Novomykhailivka (Donetsk region), where our defenders repelled 24 attacks. In the Shakhtarsk and Zaporizhzhia directions, defensive forces repelled all enemy attacks that attempted to regain lost positions in areas west of Verbovskaya Zaporizhzhia region. At the same time on the Melitopol direction, defensive forces of Ukraine continue active actions inflicting losses on occupying troops in manpower and equipment, exhausting the enemy along the entire front line. In the area of responsibility of OSUM "Odessa" on the Kherson direction, defensive forces continue to hold occupied positions on the left bank of the Dnipro, continuing counter-battery fire, inflicting artillery strikes on the rear of the enemy. Rocket units inflicted damage in six areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment and one station of REB of the enemy. Also, with the means and forces of Ukraine's air defense, 14 cruise missiles X-101/X-555 were destroyed. Support the Armed Forces of Ukraine! We will win together! Glory to Ukraine!
