In the first qualifying round, Ukraine's women's youth national team qualified for Group A6, where they will play against Germany, Austria and Israel. The matches will take place in Israel on November 8th, 11th and 14th at the Shefayim National Team Complex (Shefa'amr) and Ramat Gan National Stadium (Ramat Gan).

From November 6th to 15th, the Ukrainian delegation will travel to Tel Aviv. Prior to departure, Valery Palamar's wards are scheduled for a three-day training camp in Lviv.

In total, 28 teams (including eight that moved up from League B based on the results of the second qualifying round of the 2021/2022 season) will participate in League A. They have been divided into seven groups. Teams in each group will play a mini-tournament at one venue.

Teams finishing fourth in their respective groups will continue the season in the second round of League B. The seeding for the second round will depend on the positions teams secure in their first-round groups. Belgium will also participate despite having an automatic qualification to the final tournament as hosts.

Teams from League B (including those that dropped down from League A after the 2021/2022 season's second round, and Gibraltar’s national team making its debut in UEFA women's tournaments) will compete for promotion to League A across seven groups. Group winners will move up to the higher division.

As a reminder, Ukraine's women's youth national team retained their place in League A, finishing third in their group during the second qualifying round for Euro 2022.
