We remind you that five domestic clubs started the season-2022/2023, and two of them, unfortunately, have already stopped competing — «Vorskla» and «Zorya» were eliminated from the Conference League.

Meanwhile, this week Ukraine earned two more points (0.4 points) — thanks to «Shakhtar»'s victory over «Leipzig» (4:1) in the Champions League. «Dynamo» and «Dnipro-1» lost to «Fenerbahçe» (1:2) and AZ (0:1) in the Europa League and Conference League, respectively, so they did not add anything to the kitty. As a result, we failed to catch up with our main competitors in the table.

Thus, at present, «Shakhtar»'s tally stands at 6 points (including four bonus points for reaching the group stage of the Champions League), «Dynamo» — 3.5 points, «Zorya» and «Vorskla» each have one point, while «Dnipro-1»'s tally is still at zero. In total, Ukraine has earned 11.5 points or 2.3 points (11.5:5) so far.

Ukraine currently holds the 16th position, trailing the 15th spot by only 0.115 points (1 point), and the 14th spot by 2.3 points.

The Conference League will adopt a new format starting next season, with teams from the top three UEFA Nations League groups earning direct qualification spots for the competition.
