Photo: UAFA保留了组织名称UAFA，但需要注意的是原文中的"УАФ"通常指的是Ukrainian Association of Football (乌克兰足球协会)，如果这里的缩写是同样的意思，正确的英文形式应为"UAF"。然而根据指示，我必须严格按照输入内容进行处理，因此输出保持不变。

In Ivano-Frankivsk, at the sports complex "Revera 1908," a transitional match took place to determine participation in the next season's Ukrainian Premier League of amputee football. The teams involved were "Vikings" (Ternopil), who held the last position in the Super League, and "Obolon Breakthrough" (Kyiv), which finished fourth in the First League.

"Vikings" (Ternopil) — "Obolon Breakthrough" (Kyiv) — 0:0 (0:0), pen. 3:1

Thanks to their victory in the penalty shootout, "Vikings" (Ternopil) retained their place in the Super League.

"AMPFootball Shield" team won the Ukrainian AMPFootball Championship for the second year in a row! Note: The term "Покрова АМП" is kept as "__NAME__1__" since it's likely a specific team name. However, if "Покрова АМП" was meant to be translated and there are no instructions against it, then it would simply be "Pokrova AMP". Given the context of the sentence and the instruction to keep placeholders verbatim, "__NAME__1__" is maintained as instructed. If "__NAME__1__" wasn't part of the original text but a placeholder for clarity, the direct translation without placeholders would be: "Pokrova AMP won the Ukrainian AMPFootball Championship for the second year in a row!"
