The event brought together young fans of the game, coaches, educators, and representatives of local government.

Warm words of gratitude to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, thanks to whom it is possible today to hold such festivals, were expressed by the mayor of Letychiv village, Ihor Tysiachny.

The deputy head of the Khmelnytsky Oblast Football Association, Mykola Kuznetsov, wished participants a good mood, active rest, and satisfaction from football.

Throughout the festival, participants alternated between six locations, where they performed various football and sports exercises. One of the locations was dedicated to safety, where children were reminded of important rules of behavior and actions in dangerous situations.

At the end, educational institutions of Letychiv community received football equipment provided by the Ukrainian Football Association.

We remind you that the project is being implemented by the Ukrainian Football Association within the framework of its donor program "Restoration and Resilience under Youth Leadership in Ukraine" with the support of the Association of Cross-Cultural Projects and organization CISU (Civil Society in Development) from Denmark.

The Ukrainian Football Association's project "Open Football Festivals" is:

— youth leadership and development of volunteering in communities;

— psychosocial support for children of military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, children of internally displaced persons, and children who have suffered from war;

— an inclusive environment where everyone participates regardless of abilities and gender, including children with special educational needs;

— knowledge of safety in wartime;

— the philosophy of mass football — joy from playing rather than results at any cost;

— the first football experience for children.
