The event was organized by the Ukrainian Football Association and the Cherkasy Regional Football Association. The goal of the project is to promote football and engage children in an active and healthy lifestyle.

A team of young leaders participated in the preparation for the "Open Football Festivals" in Blahodatne, having previously attended a seminar in Kyiv. They managed to gather 70 children aged between 9 and 13.

The participants were divided into 6 groups, which worked in turn for one and a half hours at six thematic locations:

• "Psychologist's Corner" — conducted by school psychologist Marina Riznik;
• "Games for Development" — conducted by physical education teacher Konstantin Minnegalimov;
• "Football — Technique" — participant of military operations, chief sergeant Serhiy Zhupinas;
• "Safety Corner" — Maxim Maslyuk;
• "Fun Games" — Artem Besarab;
• "Football Game" — Oleksandr Sobko.

This rotation allowed each child to try themselves in various activities, from technical football exercises to tasks on teamwork and safety.
