The Football Education and Leadership Center, in collaboration with the UAF's children and youth football department, continues to train coaches according to the updated UEFA C-license program. The main value of this course lies in shifting the focus from simply "transmitting football skills" to a comprehensive development of the child's personality. The training course covers several fundamental areas that shape the profile of a modern coach:

• Coaching mastery as the art of communication

During the modules, a lot of attention is paid to the coach's ability to communicate ecologically with children. The importance of feedback from children to coaches, reflection, and creating an environment where children do not fear making mistakes — this allows young football players to reveal their potential. Coaches should be motivators and mentors.

• Development of football thinking

A modern player should be creative and preserve their uniqueness. Experts emphasize the need to train through play, develop courage on the field, and the ability to make independent decisions. Instead of mechanically performing exercises, children should learn to "read" the game and showcase their natural skills.

Training took place in a format of continuous interactive interaction, where intensive theoretical blocks were immediately reinforced with practical work in small groups. This allowed coaches not only to receive dry theory but also to test new methods right away, exchange experiences with colleagues, and receive professional feedback from instructors.
