From September 7 to 10, 2026, in Geneva (Switzerland), the UEFA Women's Summer course for top referees (2026/27 Women's Summer course for UEFA top referees) took place. Ukraine was represented at this seminar by First Category referee Sofia Prichyna.

As part of the course program, the Ukrainian referee completed theoretical testing on the Laws of the Game and an official fitness test. Additionally, participants underwent a thorough physical assessment, which included body composition measurements and special screening to prevent injuries.

An important part of the gathering were theoretical sessions led by representatives of the UEFA Referees Committee, including Roberto Rosetti and Stéphane Frappart. Key topics for analysis and discussion included incidents in the penalty area, tactical fouls, team cooperation regarding offside calls, working with VAR (video assistant referee) systems, as well as issues related to game control and leadership on the field.
