According to UEFA, the draw for the main and elite rounds of Euro-2027 women's futsal qualification is scheduled for December 12. The matches themselves will take place in 2026. Additional details about the format and regulations will be announced later, but it is already known that eight teams will participate in the final tournament for the first time in history.

As a reminder, all three European championships with women's futsal held so far, involving four participants — in 2019, 2022 (rescheduled from 2021) and 2023 — were won by Spain. The Ukrainian team occupied fourth, third, and second places respectively.

It should be noted that this year the first women's futsal world championship will take place, but unfortunately our team did not qualify for the Philippines did not secure a spot, having been outscored by France in their group during the main round of European qualification.
