— having reviewed the materials provided by the Ethics and Fair Play Committee regarding possible violations of the ethics code and fair play by match observer Dmitry Kutakov, prohibits Dmitry Kutakov from engaging in any activity related to football (administrative, sporting, etc.) for a period of 3 (three) years (for failing to comply with the requirements of the Ethics and Fair Play Code of the Ukrainian Football Association, namely: the obligation to refrain from any behavior that harms or may harm the integrity of matches and competitions; the obligation not to use methods and means in one’s activities that could have an illegal or improper influence on the course and/or result of a match or competition with the aim of gaining an advantage for oneself or a third party).
