— having reviewed the materials regarding the expulsion of footballer "Odeschyna" Odesa Zlatova S. during match 5 of the Ukrainian championship in futsal among first league teams for the season-2026/27 "Odeschyna" Odesa — "Sarmaty" Kherson, which took place on October 17, 2026, suspended footballer "Odeschyna" Odesa Zlatova S. from participating in matches for 2 (two) games (for serious game misconduct);

— having reviewed the materials regarding a possible violation of regulatory norms by FC "Kryvyi Rih" Kryvyi Rih after match 9 of the UPL FC "Kryvyi Rih" Kryvyi Rih — FC "LNZ" Chernihiv, which took place on October 18, 2026, obligated FC "Kryvyi Rih" Kryvyi Rih to pay a mandatory fine in the amount of 5,000 (five thousand) hryvnias (for violation of regulatory norms, namely failure by footballers of FC "Kryvyi Rih" Kryvyi Rih to appear for flash interviews);

— having reviewed the materials regarding a possible violation of regulatory norms by FC "LNZ" Chernihiv during match 9 of the UPL FC "Kryvyi Rih" Kryvyi Rih — FC "LNZ" Chernihiv, which took place on October 18, 2026, obligated FC "LNZ" Chernihiv to pay a mandatory fine in the amount of 15,000 (fifteen thousand) hryvnias (for repeated delay of the match);

— having reviewed the materials regarding a possible violation of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play by the Ukrainian Football Association Pavlov S., applied sanctions against Pavlov S. in the form of a warning (for non-compliance with the requirements of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play of the Ukrainian Football Association, namely the obligation to show respect for football subjects, media subjects, etc.; refraining from using defamatory, insulting or indecent words and/or actions, as well as inciting others to such behavior).
