April 3-9 in the Czech Republic, in Hmutov and Blšany, at municipal stadiums, matches of the second qualifying round for Euro-2024 (WU-19) will take place. In group A4, Natalia Ignotovich's team will play against France, the Czech Republic, and Norway. The winner of the group will advance to the final tournament, while the bottom team will drop down to League B.

"Regarding our opponents in the group, we have already analyzed all of them. I can say that it will not be easy. The level of opposition in the second qualifying round is completely different from the first one. We will face a more physical football here. French girls work very well with the ball, while Norwegians play a more physical style and can push and fight. But they also have weak spots, just like the French team. Whether we can take advantage of them or not—that's another matter. I am sure that we won't be playing for first place. On the contrary, we will try to act on counterattacks. And during the matches, we will see what we are capable of."

In the second qualifying round, seven teams will be determined that join Lithuania in the final stage of the European Championship among girls under 19 years old, as well as teams moving from one league to another. The seeding during the draw for the second round was based on the positions held by the national teams after the first round.

In League A, in seven groups, 28 teams will compete, including seven teams that rose from League B following the results of the first round. The seven group winners in League A's second round will earn spots at the final stage, which will take place from July 15 to 27, 2024. Teams finishing fourth in their groups will start the next season's first round in League B.

In League B, 23 teams, including those that dropped out after the autumn stage of League A, will compete in six groups (five with four participants each and one with three) for spots to move up to League A for the next qualifying round. Lithuania also participates in League B despite securing a place at the final as hosts.
