The second round of qualification will determine seven teams that will join Lithuania in the final stage of the UEFA Women's Under-19 Championship, as well as the teams that will move from one league to another. The seeding during the draw for the second round was determined by the positions the national teams held in the first round in autumn.
In League A, 28 teams will play in seven groups, including seven teams that moved up from League B after the first round. The seven group winners of League A in the second round will secure spots in the final stage, with matches scheduled from July 15 to 27, 2024. Teams finishing fourth in the groups will start the first round of the 2024/2025 season in League B.
There are 23 teams in League B, including those relegated from League A after the autumn stage, competing in six groups (five with four participants and one with three), vying for promotion to League A in the next edition.
