Euro-2024 (U-17). All participants of the final tournament will be determined by March 26, the draw for Ukraine's youth team participation is on April 3
On March 12, the Ukrainian youth team (players born in 2007 or later) under the leadership of Yuriy Moroz concluded their Elite Round Euro-2024 qualifying competition for players up to 17 years old with a victory over Slovakia (3:0).

On March 12, the Ukrainian youth team (players born in 2007 or later) under Yuriy Moroz concluded their Elite Round qualification matches for Euro-2024 among players aged 17 and younger with a victory over Slovakia (3:0). Considering that earlier, the blue-and-yellow team had defeated Greece (2:0) and Switzerland (3:0), they became the group 4 winners and secured a spot in the final tournament.
The finals, featuring 16 teams, will take place from May 20 to June 5, 2024, on Cyprus—across six stadiums in Nicosia, Larnaca, Paralimni, and Limassol. The final stage will include the host country, Cyprus, along with eight group winners from the Elite Round qualifiers and seven second-place finishers with the best results based on March matches. The criteria for the qualifying competition are as follows:
— more points earned;
— better goal difference;
— more goals scored;
— fewer disciplinary points from yellow and red cards received by players and officials (red card—three points, yellow card—one point, expulsion for two yellow cards in one match—three points);
— higher coefficient ranking.
The competition among seven groups of the Elite Round qualifiers will run from March 20 to 26. Then it will be clear who joins Cyprus and Ukraine.
The final tournament draw will take place in Ayia Napa, Cyprus on April 3. Sixteen teams will be divided into four groups of four participants each. Cyprus and the seven best group winners from the Elite Round qualifiers will be seeded. The criteria for the qualifying competition are as follows:
— more points earned in the Elite Round qualifier;
— better goal difference;
— more goals scored;
— fewer disciplinary points from yellow and red cards received by players and officials (red card—three points, yellow card—one point, expulsion for two yellow cards in one match—three points);
— higher coefficient ranking.
Therefore, with a maximum score of nine points and a goal difference of 8—0, Ukraine has excellent chances to be among the seeded teams during the draw.

In the final tournament, two best teams from each group advance to the quarter-finals. Then follows a semi-final and a final on June 5 in Limassol.
