On Thursday, February 22, a meeting took place at the Football House between President of the Ukrainian Association of Football Andriy Shevchenko and the owners and managers of all clubs in the Ukrainian Premier League.

This meeting, as well as the meeting with club leaders from the PFL the day before, was initiated by Andriy Shevchenko. The event also included General Secretary of the UAF Igor Gryshchenko, Chairman of the Professional Football Committee of the UAF Oleg Luzhnyi, Executive Director of the UPL Yevgen Dikyi, and Head of UPL.TV Maxim Radchenko.

During the nearly two-hour discussion, participants focused on cooperation between the UAF and the UPL, changes to regulatory documents, discussed approaches to scheduling matches, refereeing, and ways to improve it, as well as once again raised the issue of creating a unified television pool.

A lot of time was also devoted to discussing the possible return of the U-21 tournament, positions on which differ significantly among individual clubs.
