A week ago, the Ukrainian vice-champions lost to Czech Slavia in Prague — 0:3. Now, Dnipro-1 played a return match in Slovak Košice.

In the first half, both teams created many opportunities, but the goalkeepers were up to the task. Just before halftime, Rubchynskyi received a powerful shot from distance that forced Kolář to capitulate. 1:0.

At the start of the second half, the teams exchanged dangerous moments with Pichaloniok and van Burden, and on the 52nd minute, Slavia equalized. Provoch intercepted the ball in midfield, passed a through ball to Jurečka, who scored against Kinarekini in a one-on-one situation. 1:1.

Afterwards, the Czechs were closer to scoring again, but ultimately the match ended in a draw.
