President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, informing about a meeting of state leaders' representatives regarding the peace formula and another Russian missile strike on our country.

"I wish good health to all Ukrainians!

Today is another active day for our international efforts. Our team is working in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, at a meeting of state leaders' representatives regarding the peace formula.

In total, 42 countries are represented there. Different continents, different political approaches to global issues. But all are united by the priority of international law. And precisely for this reason, Ukraine proposed the peace formula. Because the international order based on rules and violated by Russian aggression must be restored. It is very important that bilateral meetings with partners are also taking place at the sidelines in Jeddah. I thank our delegation for this work: consolidating the world — this is one of the most important tasks. The more consolidated the world is to restore a just peace, the sooner we will put an end to bombs and missiles that Moscow wants to undermine international law with.

Today there was another Russian missile strike against our country. "Kinzhal" and "Kalibr." They hit Motor Sich and Khmelnytskyi region. Part of the missiles were shot down, thank you to our air defense soldiers for that.

But no matter how many such Russian attacks there are, they will not give anything to the enemy. We will still defend freedom for Ukraine, for all our people. And Russia's international law will not be undermined by terror, crises, or any intimidation. Literally every week adds strength to the world to protect normal life.

This week I thank Germany and Lithuania for new defense and security support packages for us, for our soldiers. We are also expecting new decisions next week — new packages.

We are working to achieve even more accomplishments and opportunities in our defense industry as well. The results are there, everyone sees them, and they are fair and correct. Showing the aggressor state what its aggression is all about. Not on TV but right where this war came from Ukraine, into the region, into the world. Those who bring problems to others should feel what it's like to have problems.

And I thank the Security Service of Ukraine, our Navy and every soldier who is restoring justice and teaching Russia its losses.

Ukraine will win in this war. The world will win in this war. Truth will win in this war. The main thing is that we all in Ukraine and everyone around the world who values normal life work at 100% without any interruption for victory. Our unity, our ability to build strength, as well as our ability to turn the war back where it came from. This is what Russia feels most.

And one more thing.

Next week will see a continuation of our work to cleanse state institutions of those who tried to drag all their old habits and schemes, which weakened Ukraine for decades, from the past. Old formats in our country will no longer exist — those formats where some protected the state and people while others tried to put both the state and people at the service of their own interests. No matter what position a person held—whether as a "military commissar," deputy, or official—they must work only for the state. This is how it will be.
