Today, on August 5th at the London arena "Stamford Bridge," a charity football match called Game4Ukraine took place. Among those who participated were Ukraine's national team coach Serhiy Rebrov and players Oleksandr Zinchenko and Mykhaylo Mudryk.

The team of Andriy Shevchenko, which also included Serhiy Rebrov, Mykhaylo Mudryk, Petr Cech, Fabio Cannavaro, Gerard Piqué, Clarence Seedorf, Gianfranco Zola, Samuel Eto'o and other famous football players, faced off against the team of Oleksandr Zinchenko. The latter included former Ukraine national team player Yevhen Khacheridi as well as stars such as Jens Lehmann, Robert Pires, Per Mertesacker, and others. The friendly match ended with a score of 2:2.

The match was held within an initiative supported by the UNITED24 fund, which brings together the entire civilized world around the restoration of our country. During the game, funds were collected for the reconstruction of the Mykhailo-Kotsiubynsky Lyceum in Chernihiv Oblast, which was destroyed by the aggressor at the beginning of the full-scale war.

The Ukrainian Football Association has been organizing targeted transfers of funds to the United24 platform through various events since spring 2022. The initiative for the reconstruction of the lyceum in Chernihiv Oblast will not be overlooked by the UFA.
