To your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on July 14, 2023 regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The six hundred and fiftieth day of Russia's large-scale military aggression against our state has begun.

Forces of the Ukrainian Defense are continuing offensive operations on the Bakhmut, Melitopol, and Berdiansk axes.

In particular, on the Bakhmut axis, our troops continue to conduct offensive actions north and south of the city of Bakhmut. On the White Hill — Andriivka axis, they had success, consolidating on the achieved lines.

From the evening of July 13 until early morning on July 14, 2023, Russian terrorists attacked Ukraine with 17 strike drones of Iranian manufacture, type Shahed, from a southeast direction out of Primorsk-Akhtarska.

As a result of combat operations in southern and eastern regions, 16 «Shaheds» were destroyed.

Over the past day, Russian occupiers carried out a missile-air strike on Ukrainian territory, using two cruise missiles «Kalibr», one ballistic missile «Iskander-M», and 20 Iranian strike drones Shahed. As a result of successful combat operations by the Forces of Defense of Ukraine, two cruise missiles «Kalibr» and 20 strike drones were destroyed. Also, the enemy carried out 52 air strikes and conducted nearly 50 artillery shelling on positions of our troops and populated areas. Unfortunately, civilians, including children, suffered casualties, residential buildings and other civilian and administrative infrastructure were damaged.

The probability of missile and aerial attacks across the territory of Ukraine remains high.

The enemy continues to concentrate its main efforts on the Kupyansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Mariupol axes, heavy fighting is ongoing. Over 30 combat engagements took place during the day.

On the Volyn and Polissya axes, the operational situation has not changed significantly.

On the Northern and Slobozhanskyi axes, over the past day, the enemy carried out an air strike in the Veterinary area of Kharkiv Oblast. Conducted mortar and artillery shelling on more than 15 populated areas, including Kamyan Chernihiv Oblast; Pokrovka, Ryasne, Velyka Pysarivka Sumy Oblast, and Muravivka, Oleinikove, Rizhnyve, Bologivka Kharkiv Oblast.

On the Kupyansk axis, our soldiers are steadfastly holding their defense. The enemy carried out air strikes in the areas of Kislivka and Kotliarivka. Artillery and mortar shelling from the enemy was suffered by Striyivka, Krasne Pereche, Novomlynivsk, Dvorychyna, Zapadne, Kupyansk Kharkiv Oblast.

On the Lyman axis, over the day, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions east of Nevske Luhansk Oblast and east of Terny in Donetsk. Carried out air strikes in the areas of Nevske and Bihorivka Luhansk Oblast and Spirene Donetsk Oblast. Artillery shelling was suffered by more than 10 populated areas, including Nevske, Bihorivka on the Luhansk region and Torske, Verkhnyokamyanske, Sprene and Rozdolyvka Donetsk Oblast.

On the Bakhmut axis, under intense air and artillery fire from the enemy, our defenders successfully repelled all enemy attacks in the Berkivka area. From enemy artillery shelling, more than 15 populated areas suffered casualties, including Vasylkyvka, Chasiv Yar, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Dilievka and Pivnichne Donetsk Oblast.

On the Avdiivka axis, under intense artillery fire from the enemy, our defenders successfully repelled attacks by Russian troops in the area of Perevalskiy. The enemy carried out an air strike near Avdiivka. At the same time, it conducted artillery shelling on more than 10 populated areas, including Berdychi, Stepove and Avdiivka Donetsk Oblast.

On the Mariupol axis, Forces of Defense continue to hold back the advance of Russian troops in the area of Mariupol. The enemy conducted shelling on more than 10 populated areas, including Krasnogorivka, Mariupol and Georgiyivka Donetsk Oblast.

On the Shakhtarsk axis, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions in the area of Novomikhailovka. Carried out an air strike near Makarivka and conducted shelling on populated areas Paraskovyvka, Novomikhailivka, Novoukrayinka, Storozhove, Blagodatne and Makarivka Donetsk Oblast.

On the Zaporizhzhya and Kherson axes, the enemy continues to concentrate its main efforts on preventing further advancement of our troops. Carried out air strikes in the areas of populated areas Pryutne, Rivnopil, Mala Tokmachka, Orikhiv, Malokaterynivka Zaporizhzhya Oblast and Kozatske Kherson Oblast. Conducted artillery shelling on more than 20 populated areas, including Novodarivka, Maliyinivka, Hulyaypole, Zaliznytsne, Bihor'ya, Orikhiv Zaporizhzhya Oblast; Zolotaya Balka, Mikhailivka, Antonivka, Chornobayivka, Kizomys Kherson Oblast and the city of Kherson. At the same time, Forces of Defense of Ukraine continue to conduct offensive operations on the Melitopol and Berdiansk axes, consolidating on achieved lines, delivering artillery fire on identified enemy targets, conducting counter-battery measures.

Russian occupiers continue to use practices of forced resettlement and violent assimilation of Ukrainians in temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Thus, in the Henichesk district of Kherson Oblast, the occupiers began forced eviction to Russia of Ukrainian citizens who until this time had not received or refused to receive Russian citizenship, including families with children and elderly people. In their places of residence, the occupiers are settling representatives of national minorities from impoverished regions of the Russian Federation.

Russian occupiers, violating international humanitarian law, continue to seize medical infrastructure and children's health facilities in temporarily occupied territories, thus in Berdiansk city Zaporizhzhya Oblast, the enemy is using one of the buildings of a municipal hospital for accommodating their wounded terrorists. And in the populated area of Zugres temporarily occupied Donetsk Oblast, occupiers seized and are using the territory of the rest home «Berehyok» to accommodate their units and military equipment.

Aviation of the Forces of Defense over the past day carried out eight strikes on areas of enemy personnel concentration and two — on anti-aircraft missile systems.

Subunits of rocket troops and artillery during the day struck at an area of enemy manpower concentration, ammunition and military equipment, two ammunition depots, ten artillery systems in firing positions, three air defense means, a radio location station for counter-battery fire, a station for electronic warfare and another important target.

Overall, Ukrainian warriors liquidated 550 Russian occupiers over the past day, burned five tanks, nine armored combat vehicles, 24 artillery systems, two MLRS, two air defense means, 31 tactical-level drones, two cruise missiles, 24 cars and ten units of special equipment.
