To your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on May 30, 2023, regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The four hundred sixty-first day of the large-scale military aggression by the Russian Federation against our state has begun.

Last night, the enemy again attacked Ukrainian territory using Iranian combat drones of the Shahed type. Information about the consequences of this attack is being clarified at present.

During the past day, the Russian Federation carried out two massive air and missile strikes on Ukrainian territory. Last night, the opponent used cruise missiles based in the air X-101/X-555 and Iranian combat drones Shahed-136/131. With the forces and means of Air Forces in coordination with anti-aircraft defense units of other components of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 36 out of 40 cruise missiles X-101/X-555 and 30 out of 38 combat drones Shahed were destroyed. Last day during daytime, the opponent used cruise and ballistic missiles from the operational-tactical missile complex "Iskander" against civilian and critical infrastructure objects in Kyiv. With the forces and means of Air Forces of Ukraine, 11 out of 11 missiles were destroyed.

Overall, during the past day, the opponent carried out 62 air strikes and conducted 54 shelling with multiple rocket launchers. Unfortunately, there are casualties among the civilian population, private residential buildings, and other infrastructure have been damaged.

The probability of missile and aviation strikes on the entire territory of Ukraine remains high.

The opponent continues to concentrate main efforts on attempts for full occupation of Luhansk and Donetsk regions. During the past day, units of the Armed Forces repelled 27 enemy attacks.

On the Volynian and Polesian directions, the operational situation remains stable; signs of forming offensive groups have not been detected.

On the Northern and Slobozhansky directions, the opponent continues to maintain military presence in border areas with Ukraine. During the past day, an air strike was carried out near Mylokhiv in Kharkiv region. Conducted mortar and artillery shelling of populated areas Seredina-Buda, Pavlivka, Katerinivka, Shevchenkove, Velyka Pysaryvka Sumy region, as well as Udi, Strilechya, Hlybokye, Morohovets, Terneva, Izbytske, Starytsia, Gatyshche, Voian'skyi, Plytenivka, Tykhie, Voian'skye Khutory, Mala Voian, Varvarivka, Budarky, Zemlyanki, Chugunivka in the Kharkiv region.

On the Kupyansk direction, during the past day, the opponent carried out unsuccessful offensive actions near Masutivka and Krokhmalnoye in Kharkiv region and Novoselivskoye and Stelemyhivka — Luhansk. An air strike was carried out near Stelemyhivka. Artillery shelling of the opponent suffered Kodyazhne, Kam'yanka, Krasne Pereche, Novomlyn'sk, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Masutivka, Petro-Pavlivka, Kucherivka, Kislyvka, Glushkivka, Berestove and Boguslavka Kharkiv region.

On the Lyman direction, during the past day, the opponent did not conduct offensive actions. Carried out a missile strike near Lyman and air strikes in the areas of Bilohorivka Luhansk region; Severna and Spirdonovo Donetsk region. Artillery shelling suffered Nevsko, Dibrova, Bilohorivka Luhansk region and Spirdonovo Donetsk region.

On the Bakhmut direction, during the day, the opponent did not conduct offensive actions. Carried out an air strike near Toretsk in Donetsk region. Suffered from enemy shelling Vasyl'kyvka, Kramatorsk, Tykhivka, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Bakhmut, Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, Predtechina, Bila Hora, Zalizne and New York Donetsk region.

On the Avdiyivka direction, the opponent did not conduct offensive actions. Carried out air strikes in the areas of Avdiyivka and Vodiane. Conducted artillery shelling of populated areas Novokalynove, Avdiyivka, Pervomaiske and Karlivka Donetsk region.

On the Mariupol direction, our defenders repelled 12 attacks by the opponent near the city of Mariinka. The enemy carried out an air strike in the area of Georgiyivka. At the same time, suffered from enemy shelling Mariinka and Georgiyivka Donetsk region.

On the Shakhtarsk direction, the opponent carried out air strikes in the areas of Vuhledar and Prechystyvka. Conducted shelling of populated areas Paraskeviivka, Novomikhaylivka, Vuhledar, Nova Ukrayinka, Prechystyvka and Shakhtarsk.

On the Zaporizhzhya and Kherson directions, the opponent continues to conduct defensive actions. Carried out air strikes in the areas of Hulyai Pole and Mala Tokmak Zaporizhzhya region. Conducted shelling of populated areas Vremivka, Zeleno Pole, Novopil Donetsk region; Olhyvskoye, Hulyaypole, Mala Tokmak, Novodanylivka, Orikhiv, Nova Andriyivka and Stepnogirsk Zaporizhzhya region; Kachkarivka, Mylove, Kazatske, Burgunka, L'vove, Ivanivka, Antonivka, Komishani, Dniprovskoye, Kizomys Kherson region and the city of Kherson.

The opponent has strengthened counter-reconnaissance measures in temporarily occupied Skadovske district of Kherson region. Occupants carry out mass raids on houses and apartments of local residents. They check personal documents and mobile devices. In this way, the occupiers are trying to intimidate the local population and identify those who help the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Our aviation carried out 15 strikes during the day in areas where enemy personnel and military equipment are concentrated. Also, four enemy reconnaissance drones of different types were destroyed yesterday.

Units of rocket troops and artillery hit three areas where weapons and military equipment are concentrated, ammunition depots, three anti-aircraft defense systems and another three important targets of the opponent.
