President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, speaking about the greatest humiliation for a terrorist state and the absence of any alternative to the complete liberation of our land.

"I wish health to all dear Ukrainians!

Today was a very long day, and it started early for many of our people.

Several Russian terrorist attacks in one day. "Shaheds," cruise missiles, ballistic. Guided air bombs. Thanks to our Air Defense — all defenders and defenderesses of the sky — today we managed to save at least hundreds of lives. Just in one day. Most "shaheds" and rockets were shot down.

But every such terrorist attack brings us and the whole world back to an obvious conclusion: Russia wants to go all the way through evil, that is, to its defeat, because there can be no other end to evil than defeat.

The world must see that terror loses.

When "patriots" in the hands of Ukrainians ensure a hundred percent downing of any Russian rockets, terror loses.

When the world increases pressure on Russia, especially sanctions, when isolation of the terrorist grows, when anyone close to Moscow is ashamed of its former partners, terror loses.

And, of course, there is no greater humiliation for a terrorist state than the successes of our soldiers.

In fact, with our successes, our pressure, and our "patriots," we will continue to respond to Russia in all manifestations of its evil.

And we will destroy this evil.

No one else in the world applies weapons against evil more effectively than Ukrainians.

Today I chaired a meeting of the General Staff. Reports — very specific.

Supplying new air defense systems and rockets to them, appropriate agreements with partners.

The effectiveness of our Air Defense and what can make the sky more secure.

Strikes that, unfortunately, occur.

Our defenders know how to learn and will do everything to make it much harder for terrorists.

Reports at the General Staff were given by chiefs and operational commanders as usual.

Not just ammunition supply, not just preparation of new brigades, but also our tactics.

But also deadlines. This is what is most important. Deadlines for how we will move forward. We will. Decisions have been made.

I thank every soldier and sergeant, officer and general, every brigade that has prepared.

Today I also held a rather substantive meeting with our internationalists.

Preparing new joint steps with partners to strengthen our defense. And for our active actions. There is no and will be no alternative to the complete liberation of our land. There is no and will be no alternative to the full protection of our values.

And I am grateful to all our partners who understand that respect for every human life, freedom of man, and international law — these are such values that compromises are impossible with them.

I want to thank Denmark today separately — the whole people, the entire Danish political class, parliament, government, and Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen personally for the decision to increase funding of the Danish support fund for our country by over 3 billion US dollars.

Now the total amount of defense aid from Denmark will be more than 4.7 billion dollars. Very significant.

Such decisions make the defeat of Russian terror faster. Thank you for this!

I spoke today with Prime Minister of Cambodia Hun Sen. I thanked him for principled support of international rules, all that nations are united by under the UN Charter and binding conventions.

Invited Cambodia to join joint efforts with various countries in implementing our peace formula.

This is a global task — not to let Russia make terror something normal for the world when someone else gets sick of this evil.

And just now, before recording this address, I had two more conversations.

I spoke with Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte. Informed about terrorist attacks. Thanked for readiness to continue helping us protect people.

The Netherlands — among leaders in aid for protection from terror, for holding terrorists accountable.

Discussed our defense cooperation — our new aviation coalition, the coalition of modern destroyers that we are creating. And we will create! Of course, discussed and strengthening our Air Defense.

I spoke with President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Congratulated him on his election victory.

Confident that our further cooperation — between Ukraine and Turkey — at all levels can bring even more benefit to our people and international stability.

Security of our region and all of Europe, global food security, protection of fundamental norms of international law — this is what we have done, are doing, and will do together.
