President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, informing about the preparation of new sanction decisions regarding individuals and companies working in the arms industry for terrorists, as well as about the completion of search-and-rescue operations in Uman.

"Dear Ukrainians!

Only today, search-and-rescue operations in Uman have been completed. I would like to thank everyone from the State Emergency Service, National Police, our medical personnel, municipal services of Uman, military, and volunteers — all those who participated in the rescue operation and are helping the rescued people. I wish a speedy recovery to everyone who was injured by this strike.

We will do everything possible so that the state-terrorist pays for what it has done as soon as possible. Anyone preparing such missile strikes cannot help but be an accomplice in murder. Everyone who equips and launches missiles, who services planes and ships for terror — not just those giving orders, but all of you — terrorists and murderers, you must all face justice. And certainly — those who committed the original crime from which everything else followed — the crime of aggression against our people, against our state.

The strike on Uman claimed the lives of six children, a total of 23 people died. May they rest in peace! My condolences to all relatives...

Next week will be quite important regarding our struggle for justice for Ukrainians, that is, for holding the state-terrorist and all its war criminals accountable. We are preparing several significant steps to further consolidate partners and give more impetus to creating a tribunal on the crime of Russian aggression. And to speed up the defeat of the state-terrorist.

Ukraine and the world need not just for Russia to be weakened, as is already happening. We need it to fully answer for everything it has done.

We are also preparing new sanction decisions regarding individuals and companies working in the arms industry of terrorists, regarding foreign entities whose supply helps Russia prolong this aggression. Our decisions will soon be published.

In recent days, I signed new decrees awarding honors to our defenders, our heroes. Almost 450 soldiers of Ukraine's Armed Forces, land forces, paratroopers, air force, and territorial defense, as well as over 300 — from the National Guard, our police, State Emergency Service, and border guards.

In total, since the full-scale war began, already 45,038 Ukrainians have been awarded state honors. This is a testament to the extraordinary daily heroism of our people. All those who fight for Ukraine, all those who work towards our victory.

Glory to all who are in battle for our country! Glory to all who train our soldiers! Glory to all who treat and rehabilitate after injuries, who restore normal life after Russian shelling and occupation! Who bring back our people from Russian captivity! I thank everyone around the world who helps us! This is important now. We highly value it.

Together we are approaching judgment for the evil state. We are approaching our victory. So it will be!
