Note for your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 12.04.2023 regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The four hundred and thirteenth day of Russia's large-scale military aggression against our state has begun.

During the past day, the enemy carried out one missile strike and 21 air raids, conducted 33 attacks with multiple rocket launchers on the positions of our troops and civilian infrastructure in populated areas.

The Russian Federation continues to disregard laws and customs of war, so the likelihood of missile and aerial strikes remains high across all of Ukraine's territory.

Despite significant losses in equipment and manpower, the enemy does not give up on conducting an occupying war. It continues to concentrate its main efforts on carrying out offensive actions along the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Marinka axes. During the past day, our defenders repelled 72 attacks by the enemy on these axes.

On the Volynian, Polesian, Northern, and Slobozhanskyi fronts, the operational situation — remains unchanged. Certain subunits of territorial defense forces of the Russian Federation continue to be stationed on the territory of the Republic of Belarus. The enemy continues to maintain military presence in border areas with Ukraine in Kursk and Belgorod regions, continuing to deploy engineering equipment in localities. During the past day, the enemy shelled populated places such as Bleshnya, Kamianska Sloboda, Hremincha Chernihiv region; Volvynne, Katerynivka Sumy region, as well as Veterinarnoe, Glibokoye, Gatishche, Vovchanskyi, Zybino, Volohivka, Ohrymovka, Chernenkiv, Komisarove, Budarky and Dovzanka in the Kharkiv region.

On the Kupyansk front, enemy shelling affected populated places such as Kolodyazhne, Kamianka, Topoli, Krasnoe Pereche, Ridkodub, Novomlynskyi, Dvorichna, Kindrashivka, Pishchane and Berestove in the Kharkiv region, and Novoselivske in Luhansk region.

On the Lyman front, during the past day, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions near populated places such as Bihorivka and Spirene. Artillery shelling affected Makieyivka, Nevsko, Bihorivka in Luhansk region and Yamopolivka, Torske, Spirene in Donetsk region.

On the Bakhmut front, the enemy continues to conduct offensive actions, attempting to fully control the city of Bakhmut. Battles are ongoing. During the past day, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions near populated places such as Bogdanivka. From enemy shelling suffered Nikiforivka, Vasukivka, Mynkivka, Orhovo-Vasylivka, Novomarokove, Marokove, Bakhmut, Khromove, Chasyi Yar, Ivanivske, Stupochky, Predtechinne, Oleksandro-Shulhtinne, Kurdyumyvka, Ozaryanyvka, Druzhba, Toretsk and New York in Donetsk region.

On the Avdiivka and Marinka fronts, during the past day, the enemy carried out offensive actions in areas around populated places such as Avdiivka, Pervomaiske, Nevelske and Mariinka in Donetsk region. Success was not achieved. The most intense battles are taking place for Mariinka. At the same time, enemy shelling affected populated places such as Novokalynove, Orlyvka, Avdiivka, Tonennye, Severne, Pervomaiske, Netaylove, Karlivka, Krasnogorivka, Georgiyivka, Mariinka and Pokhod in Donetsk region.

On the Shakhtarsk front, during the past day, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions. Carried out shelling of populated places such as Novomikhaylivka, Shakhtyrske, Novoukrainska, Velyka Novosilka, Vuhledar, Prechystivka in Donetsk region.

On the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson fronts, the enemy continues to conduct defensive actions. During the past day carried out shelling of more than 30 populated places. Among them — Vremyivka, Novopil in Donetsk region; Novosilka, Olhyvskyi, Malynivka, Chervone, Hulyaypole, Charivne, Mala Tokmachka, Orhiv Zaporizhzhia region; Zolota Balka, Kachkarivka, Berislav, Kazatske, Burgunka, Ivanivka, Mykilske, Antonivka, Bilyozerkha, Dniprovsko, Veletsenske Kherson region and the city of Kherson.

The aviation of the Armed Forces carried out 13 strikes on areas of enemy personnel concentration and military equipment. Also, our defenders shot down two enemy drones of the «Orlan-10» type.

Subunits of rocket forces and artillery during the day hit five areas of enemy manpower concentration, armament and military equipment, as well as two radio-electronic warfare stations of the enemy.
