President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, outlining the week's outcomes and announcing a decision to activate the production of drones.

"I wish good health to all dear Ukrainians!

Another defense week is almost over, another week when Ukraine has become stronger. When the enemy became even more isolated and hopeless.

We have decisions this week on new packages of defensive support from the United States, Lithuania, Finland, Germany.

The Swedish parliament has already approved the 11th package of defense support for Ukraine.

There is a security package and overall strong agreements with Japan — I would like to thank Prime Minister Kishida again for his productive visit.

We received one and a half billion euros in macrofinance from the EU — the funds are already on the National Bank's account.

The Croatian government adopted a program regarding the treatment and rehabilitation of our wounded soldiers.

Greece joined the group of partners working to establish a special tribunal.

We are moving forward in protecting historical justice for Ukrainians as well: Iceland has recognized the Holodomor as genocide against the Ukrainian people.

Step by step, we are doing everything possible and everywhere to ensure that Russian revanchism loses in every element of its aggression against Ukraine and freedom of peoples in general.

Russia must lose on the battlefield, in the economy, in international relations, in its attempts to distort historical truth with imperial myths. The Kremlin is losing in its efforts to spiritually subjugate our people.

A comprehensive defeat of Russia will be a reliable guarantee against new aggressions and crises.

I would like to once again congratulate the Security Service of Ukraine today — all employees, all female staff of the SBU on your professional day.

Everyone who is now in battle, at posts, in operational, undercover and investigative work. Every man and woman in the SBU, alongside all forces of our state, bringing us closer to Ukrainian victory and protecting our people.

This week concluded training for our officers from the National Guard, naval forces, and army. From Kharkiv to Vinnytsia, Lviv region, from Kyiv to Odesa. The National Academy of the National Guard, Kyiv Institute of the National Guard, Odesa Naval Academy, as well as the National Academy of Land Forces completed a special course for young lieutenants.

I thank all teaching staff in our defense educational institutions, all parents and mentors of new Ukrainian officers!

I believe that this year's graduation will multiply the glory of Ukraine and strengthen us — the entire state.

This week several important decisions were made by our government. In particular, I would like to highlight a decision that activates the production of drones.

Overall this year at least 20 billion hryvnia will be directed towards purchasing drones for our soldiers. And this is not the limit.

There are new decisions regarding reconstruction as well. The range of needs is very broad. Everywhere I was on mission this week, requests demand significant resources. We will find these resources. Kherson region, Kharkiv region, Donetsk and every other region that suffered from military actions — all will return to normal life.

I would like to separately highlight cooperation with the International Criminal Court. This week gave Ukraine an agreement on opening a prosecutor's office of the International Criminal Court.

Both at the level of our national justice and internationally, we are doing everything so that Russian war criminals will answer literally for every blow against Ukraine, against our people.

Of course, I thank each of our soldiers, everyone who is now in battle, everyone who defends our positions, defending our border, for the fact that Ukraine firmly passes through this week.

From Bakhmut to Kherson region, from Avdiivka to Kharkiv region... I thank each and every one fighting against the enemy, rescuing our wounded soldiers after injuries, training our soldiers, supplying everything necessary for Ukrainian defense!

When every day brings results to our state, every such day makes the war shorter and our victory closer.

Thank you all who strengthen our Ukraine!

Glory to all fighting for freedom for Ukraine!

Glory to Ukraine!">
