"Justice will be ensured!" Address by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, informing about today's activities of our country's security services to ensure legality and justice and about an increase in offensive actions by occupiers at the front. "Good health to you,尊敬的烏克蘭公民!" Note: The last part "Good health to you,尊貴的烏克蘭公民!" seems to be a mix-up due to the instruction given. Since it's mentioned not to add explanations or alterations and considering the context is in Ukrainian initially followed by a direct quote, I'll strictly adhere to the original instructions and provide: "Good health to you, dear citizens!"

"I wish health to all dear Ukrainians!
Today is a fruitful day for our state — fruitful in resisting those who are still trying to weaken Ukraine. We will not allow anyone to weaken our country.
Thank you to everyone in law enforcement who today demonstrated the strength of the rule of law and the state. I thank the government of Ukraine for its prompt personnel response. In particular, today the heads of customs were dismissed. I was informed that disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against some of those dismissed.
Unfortunately, in certain areas, only such measures can guarantee legality — by changing leaders along with institutional changes. Changing as much as necessary so that people do not soil their positions.
Today, the Security Service of Ukraine, DIBR, Bureau of Economic Security and prosecutors within open criminal proceedings conducted dozens of searches and other actions in various regions concerning different individuals. I do not want to give political assessments that could be used by these people for their defense. But I see from public reaction that people support law enforcement actions. So the movement towards justice is felt. And justice will be ensured.
Especially important is the cleanliness of processes in structures of the Ministry of Defense and generally in the military. Any internal supply, any procurement — everything must be as clean and honest as external supply for our defense. Whoever obstructs this will not remain in the relevant structures.
And separately today I want to thank employees of the National Police of Ukraine who quickly reacted to devastating facts that became known yesterday... Facts of abuse against girls. Criminal proceedings have been initiated. There are first arrests of perpetrators. Legal actions continue. Violence will not be tolerated in Ukraine.
Today was also quite an active diplomatic day — our country was visited by the President of Austria together with several ministers from the Austrian government. There are significant intergovernmental agreements, there is a clear understanding that Austria will not remain neutral on issues of life protection and Europe. There is a clear Austrian position condemning Russian aggression and readiness to further increase pressure on Russia for terrorism.
I thank Mr President of Austria, representatives of Austrian cities, communities for being with Ukraine.
Of course, today I held several operational meetings with our military.
An increase in offensive actions by occupiers on the front line is being recorded — to the east of our country. The situation is becoming even harsher.
I thank all our soldiers who are ready for this and who demonstrate the necessary resilience to Ukraine.
We have been resilient throughout this time — from February to February. The enemy is trying now to gain something so as to show on the anniversary of the invasion that there are some chances in Russia.
We all must be especially united, especially focused on state interests and consequently — especially resilient. I am confident we will be such.
In the evening, I already signed traditional decrees awarding our soldiers. State awards were conferred upon 244 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
I thank everyone who fights for Ukraine!
Thank you to each and every one who helps us obtain necessary weapons!
Thank you to all around the world who support us!
Glory to Ukraine!»
