Wishing health to all dear Ukrainians!

Today we have important international results.

We extended our export grain initiative. Despite all difficulties and various manipulations by Russia, we will continue exporting agricultural products through our Black Sea ports.

This is a very specific thing — what allows the world to see the importance of Ukraine. Since August 1, over 450 ships have departed from the Great Odessa ports. The total volume of foodstuffs — 11 million tons. The geography is quite wide: Morocco, Algeria, Libya, Tunisia, Egypt, Sudan, Ethiopia, Somalia, Kenya, Yemen, Lebanon, Bangladesh, China, India, Indonesia, Turkey, as well as countries of the European Union.

Tens of millions of people, primarily in African countries, have been saved from famine, especially through deliveries within the UN Food Program from our ports.

We were also able to reduce tension on the global food market. And this means that prices for food are significantly lower than they would be without our food exports.

We have done everything we could to expand this work. I thank all of our partners who help us: the UN and personally Secretary-General Guterres, Turkey and personally President Erdogan. I thank everyone in our team responsible for this direction. A truly important result.

Today there was a meeting at the Office regarding our Grain from Ukraine initiative. We have agreements with countries such as Germany, Poland, Belgium, Japan, Turkey, USA to join the work of the initiative. But these are those who have already made decisions. There will be more participating countries.

The sense is very simple and extremely specific. All countries in the world together with Ukraine can ensure food supply for those suffering most from food shortages around the globe. We will soon provide more details on how this will work.

I believe that this Russian aggression must lead the entire world to an obvious conclusion: there should never be mass famine in the world again. If the world works together, hunger can be defeated.

A very important decision was made in the Netherlands. There is a first verdict for those who destroyed the Malaysian "Boeing" over Donbas in 2014. Three individuals received life sentences. And there will definitely come a day when they start serving this punishment.

But this decision is not just about three killers. Russia lied much about this catastrophe, but key facts were established anyway. Now the perpetrators are convicted and the foundation is secured to convict those of higher rank. Those who bear full personal responsibility for the crime of aggression against Ukraine — the original crime that spawned all others committed by Russian fascists since 2014.

This is what truly cannot be ensured without preventing such wars as Russia's aggression against our country from happening again. When every Russian war criminal, every terrorist strike receives its legal response, when their commanders and political "roof" receive just verdicts, when Russia compensates all losses inflicted by the Russian aggression — this will be a very solid foundation for long-term peace.

We have all possibilities to ensure this. Every Russian military crime, every of their terrorist strike will get its legal answer. Today's decision in The Hague proves it.

Throughout the day we are dealing with the consequences of another missile attack on Ukraine...

Again emergency power outages on top of planned, stabilization ones. As of now over 10 million Ukrainians without electricity. The most — in Vinnytsia Oblast, Odesa region, Sumy region, Kyiv. We are doing everything to normalize supply.

In Dnipro dozens of people were injured as a result of the missile strike. Everyone is receiving help.

In Zaporizhzhia the debris clearance from an apartment building destroyed by Russian shelling this night is ongoing... Seven people are listed among the dead. Sadly, this number may increase.

Only in the first half of today our defense forces managed to shoot down six Russian cruise missiles and five "Shaheds". Sadly, not all that were launched by terrorists.

We keep repeating to partners that only full protection of Ukrainian skies will save both Ukraine and Europe from many possible escalations of Russian aggression and definitely prompt Russia to a real end to the war. Not to that propaganda coming now from Kremlin about readiness for negotiations to gain some time and regroup for new strikes, but to real peace.

I want to thank Finland and Sweden today for their decision regarding new packages of military support. This is very important. Every such decision by a country makes them co-creators of our victory and future peace.

Signed several decrees today on awarding our soldiers. 402 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were awarded state awards.

Overall since February 24, already over 32 thousand Ukrainians and Ukrainian women have been honored for bravery in battle. 4950 of them — posthumously.

We must always remember how many lives were given to save Ukraine and freedom.

Eternal glory to all whose lives were taken by Russian aggression!

Glory to all who are winning victory for Ukraine!

I thank everyone who helps us and works for the country!

Glory to Ukraine!»
