President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, speaking about another meeting in the format of the defense "Ramstein" and the situation in areas bordering with the front line.

"I wish you good health, dear Ukrainians!

Just participated in the work of the second ministerial meeting of donor countries, the IMF and the World Bank that are helping our country maintain financial stability.

The key issue is covering the deficit of our budget and quickly rebuilding critical infrastructure, housing, and social facilities damaged or destroyed by the occupiers' strikes.

It involves significant sums - tens of billions of dollars for the budget and Fast Recovery. But the potential of democratic countries is much greater than current needs. So we consolidate our partners' support for Ukraine. We are creating a financial "Ramstein" - a systemic tool for continuous support of our fight for freedom.

Today, another meeting in the format of the defense "Ramstein" took place as well. Quite productive. Mainly discussed providing our country with systems for anti-aircraft and anti-missile defense.

As Russian terror becomes bolder and more ruthless, it is clearer to the world that helping Ukraine defend its skies - this is one of the most urgent humanitarian tasks for Europe today. I believe we will succeed in this task.

And I am grateful to those of our partners who have already decided to strengthen precisely such support for our country - support for effective air defense.

By the way, I would like to commend today the fighters of our Air Forces on the southern front. There were quite good results there, including shooting down four Russian attack helicopters and over ten Iranian-made unmanned combat aerial vehicles. We had to defend our skies today in other directions as well.

We have positive news from the defense "Ramstein" related to further strengthening of our army with modern artillery. Thank you, partners!

Across the country today, recovery continued after yesterday's Russian missile attack. Then energy facilities in 12 regions and in the capital were damaged.

As of now, technical capability to supply electricity has been fully restored in most regions. In four regions, work is ongoing; repairs are expected to be completed soon.

Our energy workers in some cities and areas have had to apply stabilization disconnection schedules. This is necessary exclusively for maintaining the normal operation of the entire power system under these conditions - when electricity production has decreased.

And I would like to thank once again all our people who faced this situation consciously and are making a very important contribution to ensuring the normal functioning of Ukraine's energy system. It is worth continuing to distribute your electricity consumption throughout the day, so as little as possible during peak hours use equipment that requires significant amounts of electricity.

I would also like to thank today all regional governors, mayors of cities and heads of communities who have significantly reduced electricity consumption in the communal sector. This is important!

The situation remains harsh in all areas bordering with the front line. During the night Russian occupiers shelled Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk region with "Grad" and artillery. Among the injured - a child, a girl born in 2016. A very serious injury...

In the morning, Russian terrorists shelled Avdiivka in Donetsk region. Central market. The occupiers fired from "Grads." As of now, seven people are listed as killed and twelve injured.

Our intelligence, special services, law enforcement agencies are investigating all details regarding these and other Russian strikes. No Russian terrorist will remain unknown to justice - we will know all the names and all the details.

Ukraine will hold accountable every Russian killer and torturer - from commanders to those who carried out criminal orders. By the way, we won't forget about the propagandists of terror either. All those who justify Russian terror and incite aggression, all those who call for murder and encourage mistreatment of our people, will be held accountable on par with killers and torturers.

The entire Russian machine of terror must be destroyed. And it will be destroyed.
