Note for Attention - Operational Information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 04.09.2022 regarding the Russian invasion into our country.

The ninety-third day has begun of the heroic resistance of the Ukrainian nation against the Russian military invasion.

The enemy continues to concentrate efforts on establishing full control over the territory of Donetsk Oblast, holding occupied areas in Kherson, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia and Mykolaiv oblasts.

Offensive operations are ongoing on the Bakhmut and Avdiivka axes. The enemy continues to actively use anti-aircraft defense systems to cover its troops. With high intensity, it conducts aerial reconnaissance using UAVs. It is trying to improve the logistical support of its forces.

Over the past day, the enemy inflicted more than 10 missile and over 24 air strikes on military and civilian objects within our country's territory. In particular, civil infrastructure was damaged in the areas of the populated places Peremoha, Gusarivka, Novomikhaylivka, Bilyhorod.

The threat remains of systematic mass aerial and missile strikes on military and critical infrastructure objects across the entire territory of Ukraine.

Due to a lack of precision weapons, the enemy has increasingly resorted to using outdated air defense guided missiles from S-300 complexes. Over 500 such missiles have been launched over Ukrainian territory, with some failing to reach their targets. The occupiers possess several thousand similar missiles, but most are unsuitable for use.

On the Volyn and Polesie axes, the situation remains unchanged.

On other axes, the enemy carried out shelling of military and civilian infrastructure using tanks, combat vehicles, artillery and rocket systems, namely:

on the Northern axis — populated places Mikhailchyna Sloboda in Chernihiv Oblast and Stukalivka in Sumy Oblast;

on the Kharkiv axis — Kozacha Lopan, Kharkiv, Saltyne, Sosnovka, Udi, Pyryvka, Velyki Prohody, Staroysaltyv, Andriyivka;

on the Slovyansk axis — Bogorodychne, Dolyna, Krasnopillya;

on the Kramatorsk axis — Slovyansk, Seversk, Raihorodok, Donetsk, Ivan-Daryivka, Veselye;

on the Bakhmut axis — Zaytseve, Bakhmutse, Soledar, Bakhmut, Bilyhorivka, Viyimka, Rozdolivka;

on the Avdiivka axis — Avdiivka, Novokalynove, Berdychi, Vodyane, Pervomayske.

On the Novopavlivsk axis, the enemy did not conduct active offensive operations, shelled areas of populated places Krasnogorivka, Orlyvka.

On the Zaporizhzhia axis, the enemy shelled areas of populated places Bilyhorod, Olgivske, Zeleno Pole, Novopil, Novosylykha, Vremyvka.

On the South Bug axis, the enemy carried out shelling along the entire line of contact, trying to provide logistical support for its troops.

Units of the Defense Forces are holding their positions and not allowing the enemy to advance deeper into our country's territory. The Defense Forces successfully repelled attacks by the enemy in the areas of populated places Bogorodychne, Pasyka, Dolyna, Bakhmut, Pokrovsko, Bakhmutse, Pysky, Pervomayske.

During the day, to support ground formations, aviation of the Defense Forces carried out six strikes aimed at damaging enemy manpower, combat and special equipment, electronic warfare systems, anti-aircraft defense systems, and logistical support objects. Information about losses is being verified.

Rocket forces and artillery units of ground formations continue to perform tasks for counter-battery fire, disrupting the enemy's command system and logistics support. As a result of the artillery impact over the past day, damage was inflicted on an enemy command point, areas where combat equipment and personnel of a tank battalion are concentrated. A radio location station for counter-battery fire "Zoo Park", a station for electronic warfare "Resident" were destroyed, as well as a large number of enemy manpower.
