The World Beach Soccer Federation has decided to hold the first-ever women's World Cup this year, reports the official website. It will take place from July 21st to 23rd on Tenerife, which is part of the Canary Islands archipelago in Spain.

It's nice that among the four teams invited to participate in the tournament, there is also Ukraine's women's national team. The players coached by Yuri Klimenko will compete for first place at the World Cup 2022 against teams from Spain, England, and the Czech Republic.

It should be noted that all participants in the tournament are part of Group B in Euroleague-2022. And it is precisely with these opponents that blue-and-yellow played at the first stage of the competition in Nazaré, Portugal. As a reminder, Ukraine's national team lost to England (3:4) and Spain (1:3), and defeated the Czech Republic (4:0).
