Yesterday, the blue-and-yellow conducted a friendly match with all necessary attributes. After the game, its results were summed up by defensive midfielder Ruslan Malinovsky.
"This is one of the moments of preparation for the team. It was necessary to set a good pace in this game, there was high intensity. We will recover and prepare for the match against Scotland."
We were asked to approach this game as an official one, so all players gave their 100%, there were many moments. The main thing was to physically endure 90 minutes, prepare and work on some tactical moments in defense and attack. It was a bit hot in the first half, but it got better in the second,"— said Malinovsky.
Reminder, the match of the 1/2 finals of the qualification for the 2022 World Cup between the national teams of Scotland and Ukraine will take place on June 1st in Glasgow at Hampden Park (9:45 PM).
