Ukraine's women's youth team will compete in Group V4 alongside the Faroe Islands, Lithuania, and Andorra.

Leagues A and B were formed based on the results of the second qualifying round for Euro-2026, whose final tournament will take place from June 27 to July 10 in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In League B, 24 teams were divided through a draw into six groups of four teams each, with matches taking place in mini-tournaments at one location. The six group winners and the best team among those finishing second will advance to League A and continue their competition in the second round.

If participants of the quartets do not agree on other dates for the mini-tournament, matches must be played within the windows specified in the FIFA International Women's Match Calendar: from October 5 to 13 or from November 24 to December 5, 2026.

In the second round of League A qualification, seven teams will be determined that will join the hosts — Hungary — in the final tournament, which also serves as UEFA's qualifying zone for the 2028 Women's World Cup under-20.

Note that despite Hungary being the host of the tournament and securing a place in the finals, it will also participate in the qualification process.
