In Kyiv, two seminars of the youth leadership program for volunteers of the "Open Football Festivals" project took place, which is implemented by the Ukrainian Football Association and regional associations within the donor program "Recovery and Resilience with Youth Leadership in Ukraine."

The training involved representatives from 15 regions and Kyiv. The program was presented by Deputy Head of the Amateur and Mass Football Department of UAF Yevheniy Stolytenko, Department Manager Ihor Yamborko, and leading project experts.

The sessions were conducted both in an interactive seminar format and practically on a synthetic field at the Training Complex of UAF. Participants familiarized themselves with the first results of the project, shared regional experience, discussed the importance of an inclusive approach and methods of teaching football to children of different levels of physical fitness.

Special attention was given to psychological support for children through mass football, planning football festivals, and developing youth football hubs in communities. Volunteers also participated in practical sessions on techniques, team interaction, and independently conducted parts of training.

At the conclusion of the seminars, participants received certificates of mass football leaders from the General Secretary of UAF Ihor Gryshchenko, a UEFA Committee Member for Mass Football and Executive Board Member of UAF Oleksandr Kadenka, as well as Head of the Amateur and Mass Football Department Denis Sukhoruk.
