The Football Education and Leadership Center of the UAF in cooperation with the Ukrainian Handball Association is launching applications for training under a specialized program "UEFA B License in Handball." The educational program aims to prepare a new generation of qualified handball professionals and offers an opportunity to deepen coaching expertise in real club environments.

Training Program

The learning process is built around the realities of modern handball and covers key aspects of coaching staff work. Course participants will learn advanced methodologies for organizing training sessions and tactical analysis during matches, as well as leadership psychology and the specifics of developing individual players and teams.

Course format:

— total duration: 125 hours of training;

— practical part: 60 hours of practice in a handball club environment;

— structure: 5 sessions (3 on-site sessions and 2 inter-session practices).

Requirements for Candidates

Candidates are invited to participate in the selection process who meet the following criteria:

1. Previous qualification: possession of a valid C license from UAF, UEFA C or another equivalent active license.

2. Practical experience: at least six months of coaching experience before the start of the course.

3. Willingness to practice: internship in a handball club, keeping a coaching journal and final evaluation.

Professional players with extensive experience may be admitted under special conditions.
