UAF and the 8th Corps of the Ukrainian Armed Forces signed a memorandum of cooperation

The Ukrainian Football Association and the 8th Paratrooper Corps of the Ukrainian Armed Forces have signed a memorandum of cooperation.

UAF and the 8th Corps of the Ukrainian Armed Forces signed a memorandum of cooperation

The document was signed by President of the UAF Andriy Shevchenko and Deputy Commander of the 8th Corps of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Hero of Ukraine Colonel Pavlo Rozlach.

The memorandum envisages cooperation in three key areas:

— promoting military service and supporting veterans and their families through sports and educational events;

— popularizing a healthy lifestyle and physical activity among servicemen and veterans, particularly through football and by engaging millions in the game;

— organizing sports events for veterans aimed at their physical rehabilitation, psychological support, and social adaptation to civilian life.
