Football Holidays in Romania: International Camp Supported by UEFA and UAF Foundation

From May 13 to May 19, 39 girls — winners and finalists of the "Development Cup-2025" from Odesa, Poltava, Lviv, and Rivne regions — became participants in an international football camp in Romania, organized with the support of UEFA and the Romanian Football Association.

For a week, young female football players were in the National Training Center in Mogoșia, near Bucharest. The girls had an intensive program that combined football, development, new acquaintances, and cultural exchange.

Each day started with training sessions where the participants honed their skills, worked in teams, and gained new experience in an international environment. In the evenings, the girls took part in friendly matches where they had the opportunity to showcase themselves and feel the true atmosphere of an international football camp.

In addition to the football component, the participants joined a children's festival "Football for Environment," dedicated to the importance of caring for the environment through sports and teamwork.

Also, for the girls, walks around picturesque Mogoșia and a tour to one of Romania's most famous architectural landmarks—the Palace of Parliament in Bucharest—were organized.

This week became not only a football adventure for the young athletes but also an opportunity to find new friends, get acquainted with another culture, and once again be convinced that football has no borders and can unite people from different countries.
