September 24 sees the debut of the coach in a friendly match.

Oleg Luzhny — head coach of the Ukraine U-19 national team

​Oleh Luzhnyi has taken charge of the Ukraine U-19 team. Soon the team will play their first matches under the new head coach. The Ukraine U-19 team is expected to have a training camp and three friendly matches in Spain: September 24 against Sweden, September 27 against Germany, and September 30 against Scotland.

 

​In November, the Ukraine U-19 team will continue their path in the qualification for the 2027 European Championship. Our team's opponents in the second group stage will be teams from Italy, Israel, and Romania. The schedule of matches is still being finalized. The top three teams in the group advance to the final, third qualifying stage.
