The large event brings together representatives of the Ukrainian football community, international organizations, and state institutions to discuss key directions for the development of women's football.

The Forum is organized by the Ukrainian Football Association jointly with the All-Ukrainian Association of Professional Footballers.

Over 100 representatives of the football community will participate in the event, including female players, coaches, club management from the Prime League, First and Second Leagues, leadership of the UAF, representatives of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, National Olympic Committee of Ukraine, National Anti-Doping Center of Ukraine, Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, as well as international speakers from FIFA, UEFA, and FIFPRO. The Forum partner is the Swedish union federation Union toUnion.

The program of the event will consist of two main parts.

During the educational-discussion panel, participants will discuss current global trends in women's sports development, issues of protecting players' rights, current challenges and prospects for the development of women's football in Ukraine. Special thematic blocks will be dedicated to anti-doping education ("Clean Sport") and new FIFA initiatives regarding women's health.

The second part of the event will be the ceremonial awarding of "TOP 10-2025", during which the best female footballers of Ukraine for the previous year will be honored.

The "Women in Football" Forum will serve as a platform for open dialogue, exchange of international experience and consolidation of efforts by all those working on the development of women's football in Ukraine.
