"Development Cup" x "Talantikos": a large-scale girls' football festival took place in Ternopil
Young female football players from different regions of the country competed for the right to continue their fight for the trophy, and in addition, they received a whole day of activities from "Talentikos".

In Ternopil, a joint event of two projects by the Ukrainian Football Association took place — the All-Ukrainian tournament among girls' teams "Development Cup" and the children's football festival "Talentikos."
The "Development Cup" is an all-Ukrainian tournament for girls aged 9-11 years old, held in three stages. Currently, it has 100 participating teams, which sets a record number of girls at this age in the history of the event. Winners of regional selections meet to continue competing for the trophy, gain new experience, and take another step towards their football dream. For many participants, this is their first experience of taking part in all-Ukrainian competitions — and the first opportunity to test themselves against teams from other regions.
Parallel to the tournament, "Talentikos" was held — an ecosystem of modern football that combines sports, education, technology, and entertainment. The project is designed not only for children to play football but also to discover their own talents in non-standard formats, meet peers, and gain their first experience participating in large-scale football events.
For participants, thematic locations were available, including tennis ball games, football darts, "square," as well as matches in formats 1x1, 2x2, and 3x3. Each activity was developed with consideration for age and level of preparation of young female football players.
It is worth noting separately that 40 girls from the UEFA Playmakers project joined "Talentikos" in Ternopil — a program aimed at engaging girls in football through play and teamwork.
The joint project continues to move across the country. The next stops are:

October 20 — Vinnytsia ("Enchanted Lake" complex, NTB "Niva")
