The competition brought together those who sincerely love sports, value teamwork, and support the unyielding defenders of Ukraine: the 3rd Border Guard Battalion named after Hero of Ukraine Colonel Yevhenii Pykhus, the 11th Border Guard Battalion "FORPOST," the State Security Service of Ukraine in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the State Emergency Service and State Border Guard Service in Luhansk region, the Luhansk Regional Prosecutor's Office, the regional state administration team, as well as two teams of internally displaced persons — "Region 13" and a youth team from the Volunteer Forces Organization.

The tournament was organized by the Luhansk State Administration and the GS "Luhansk Regional Football Association" with the support of the Ukrainian Football Association. The winners and prize winners were awarded by the head of the Luhansk State Administration Oleksii Kharchenko and the chairman of the Luhansk Regional Football Association Igor Shopin.
